What steps will reproduce the problem?

- expected: using game Character's options availble, when clicking  Right Mouse Buton on my game Character, while in dungeons
- instead: retrieving options normally available when clicking  Right Mouse Buton on my game Character - is unvailable

Cartographer 3.0 v0.11.1
 (game played - WoW)

Please provide any additional information below.
Any time when I enter dungeon, I can't use some options linked to my game Character.  When I click on my character's window - while inside dungeon- I can't retrieve options normally available when clicking Right Mouse Buton. such as: changing loot type, leaving the group, or using trade option with characters in my dungeon's group. Moreover I can't even talk to any other players who are not in my dungeon group ( whispering option for example doesn't working). However, when my character is outside dungeon, everything goes back to normal.

I removed 3 Cartographer's files from my Addons file; these are: Cartographer_InstanceLoot, Cartographer_InstanceNotes, Cartographer_InstanceMaps. Since then I don't have any problems while inside dungeons. But is that the only solution of that problem?
