233 - Cant drag the map.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. scroll in on the map
2.mouse over a certain are
3. it becomes highlighted in what looks like a golden circle and i cant drag the map when its like that

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Id like to drag the map no matter what instead of when it shows this gold circle with clouding around it and not being able to move the map.

What version of the product are you using?
should be the latest version. 3.0.10.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
doesnt produce an error just happens.

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure what else i can post to make it mroe obious... it does show up if ur zoomed out. Its ovious when its there cus it lights up when u mouseover it.

I've been seeing this forever, since the addon came out if I remember correctly. I thought originally that those spots meant something, like some game lore hotspot. They could very well be that. It is very annoying not to be able to do anything with the map when they come up. if you happen to have one behind where the control buttons are on the bottom of the map, you can't click those either. If you scroll out more, you can see a titan-like guy with the reported clouds. I drag the map often so I run into this ALL the time.

I would like to know first what it is and second, how to turn it off.

Is anyone reading/working on this? It's been a month and it would be nice to see progress.. if only as much as an acknowledgement of this error.

I've been getting this too, and I think I know where those circles come from.
Compare these screenshots (shift-click on them for full size in a new window):
This only happens when Cartographer3 is integrated with the world map.

Happens to me too. Quitting and reloading the game makes it stop doing that. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to why it happens, and I've tried every in-game option to both trigger it, and make it stop happening with no success. I will take a screenshot, email me if you'd like a copy.
