168 - Option to show the Map on all Zones (ie the Reveal Map on Hover)

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Create an option wherein the "Reveal Map on Hover" becomes a default setting where it shows the "revealed" map on all zones.

Please provide any additional information below.
Other way of explaining it is, "I don't want to hover to see the revealed map, I prefer it to be revealed", which I believe others will like as well.
