Cameron Knight:
move Dalaran to be above where it actually is. Allow the user to zoom more (otherwise Dalaran is too small)
for tile-based instances (where Blizz provides the map), just show em all the time instead of the hiding and black area.
Actually show Dalaran now. For now, I'm sticking it in the ocean right below Northrend.
Add northrend instance support. Fix the goto location menu.
MapUnit_IsInactive => PlayerIsPVPInactive
