  xtoq as another Long time User of both cartographers version 2 and this version 3 i too am sad to see the developers not having time to devote to updating this. However that being said, with a few minor irratations Cart v3 does still work with 3.3. It does not of course incorperate the new quest features released in 3.3. It also has no instance maps those went poof back in patch 3.1 so you will get the errors noted in my post below. it does scroll like the minimap tho so using it as a larger version of the minimap to locate things is easier however you can no longer place your own map notes on it as 3.2 broke that feature.

  I noticed the information on Cart2 about how it will not be updated for 3.3 and the developers don't have time for it. Is this because you guys are developing Cart3, or is Cart3 in the same boat as Cart2? Just wondering because Iove Cart2 and if Cart3 will be the successor and will be developed, then I'll make the switch even though its experimental.

  There is currently a problem with the mapnotes module when you attempt to place a new note now while it still opens the window there is not button to allow placement of the note on the map and in order to close the window you have to reload your Ui.

  Shouting definitely doesn't help. I believe ckknight is quite a pro at Lua coding and doesn't have time to re-examine his projects in response to such useless comments. The fact that the last update happened a while ago doesn't mean the addon is broken. Use the ticket system to specify what bugs you encounter and then they might be fixed.
