What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have disabled all addons and just loaded the addons listed below.  I can reproduce at will when Cartographer is added to the list.
2. Cartographer is using Stubby to load LIBXXXX addons as needed. They are not preselected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Getting errors when loading guild control in Guild Panel and also not getting results when using various sorts and tabs in social UIs.  Must click another tab and come back to previous tab to see expected results. Works when Cartographer is not loaded..Suspect other libs loading on demand however.

What version of the product are you using?
2.3.2 of Cart...all other libs are most currently available on Curse
