208 - Bug in Hrothgar's Landing

Description
When I go in the zone north of Icecrown, Hrothgar's Landing, my cartographer is doing errors and this zone is online since a long time ago! I can't even put a waypoint in this zone and if I put a waypoint outside of the zone, but I'm in the zone, the waypoint arrow won't show up.
Error
I get many time this error:
