What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Mac OS 10.5.6 and WOW 3.1.1 (9835)
2. Logged into account.  Enabled out-of-date addons so cartographer would load
3. Entered game with any character, immediately upon entering game the following error is displayed.
4. Disabled all other add-ons except cartographer and re-entered the game and got the same error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cartographer partially works but some features appear to be missing.  Specifically, levels and instances in each area are no longer displayed when hovering over a zone.

What version of the product are you using?
v2.5.3
