142 - Instances notes, wotlk, messed up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download cartographer
2. Open any wotlk instance, naxx for example
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Cartographer maps + instances notes.
See: Ingame maps + instances notes out of place

What version of the product are you using?
2.5.3 downloaded from Cursegaming.com

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no

Please provide any additional information below.

Better solution would be using of ingame maps + instance notes on right place, so we can get party tracking

    Also experiencing this issue, does not appear to be an issue when accessing older instances.
