131 - Blue Waypoint Dots will not "go away"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the Map with the waypoint option unchecked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see no blue dots, I see blue dots

What version of the product are you using?
Curse-Packaged-Version: v2.5.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
NO error log
