Masque: DaedUI
This is a skin for Masque (formerly known as ButtonFacade), featured in my UI compilation DaedhirUI.
This provides a skin that looks very much like the original Blizzard buttons, but more polished and with a nice drop shadow.

In the meantime, you can get the old version from WoWAce and use that.
