40 - Don't print(L.BUGGRABBER_STOPPED) when running embeded

BugGrabber should not print(L.BUGGRABBER_STOPPED) when running embedded, it should be the embedding add-on responsibility to display or not a message.
Or you could just re-implement the BUGGRABBER_SUPPRESS_THROTTLE_CHAT global.
