What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. A Protection Paladin (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Boulderfist&n=Aravilar) with 0/2 Improved Blessing of Might (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/paladin/talents.html?tal=000000000000000000000000001450053500315251533312321512000000000000000000000000) tried to cast Blessing of Might, but was unable to overwrite Battle Shout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since I have Battle Shout, I expect BuffEnough to recognize that I don't need Blessing of Might and green over (then fade) the frame.
