18 - Don't detect BoM as the best option when...

Don't detect Blessing of Might as the best option for melee/range classes when there's a Warrior with Commanding Presence talent. (They don't stack, and Battle Shout is better in this situation).

Clarification: When I'm in a raid, I get a "Missing: Blessing of Might" alert, even though I have Battle Shout already, and in this case, Blessing of Kings would be preferable.
