What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plugin
2. Install Chocolate Bar DataLib addon
3. Make sure addon is enabled on "Add-Ons" list prior to logging in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to have a module for each of the tank stats that can be added to the Broker addon bar. Despite the addon being enabled prior to logging in, there is nothing that would indicate it is present once you have logged in. Nothing called TankStats, nor anything called any of the defensive stats.

What version of the product are you using?
v.1.2.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no error log to speak of. The addon simply does not appear anywhere.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've reopened WoW many times, reloaded my UI, and made sure the addon is installed. Still, nothing shows up.
