50 - Hiding cooldowns is not permanent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hide a cooldown
2. Open the associated profession again on the same character
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hiding cooldowns seem temporary as the cooldown is added to the addon again the next time the profession window is open

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.6
