25 - LibQTip missing from Distro on Curse

What steps will reproduce the problem?

   Cannot find a library instance of "LibQTip-1.0".

Please provide any additional information below.
Upon investigation, deleteing the B_TC addon folder and re-installing, the LibQTip library was not there.
I got the library seperately from wowace aand put the files in the right location inside the B_TC folder and voila!.
Odd eh!

    I believe this is now fixed. I'm going to push 1.12.2 now. Please verify if you would.
