20 - Different Icon when cooldowns are ready.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Have the addon display another icon when at least one of the tracked cooldowns is ready.
Perhaps just like the current icon, just additional ones in red and green.
Red: Nothing ready
Yellow: Cooldown ready which is not tracked
Green: The tracked cooldown is ready

With this you can even hide the text and see when your cooldown is ready
