19 - Possibility to ignore certain cooldowns.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Option to ignore cooldowns.
I just want certain cooldown to be tracked in the tooltip. I just want to have those things listed which i want to use every time. (Icy Prism, Transmute and Researches)
And ignore things like Brilliant Glass, Titansteel etc. so when I look at the tooltip and see something green, I know it's probably time to log onto that twink. :)

    I thought there was a way to vote but I do not see it. So heres a second for this. Some of these cooldowns have stupid names too so its hard to tell if my alchemist Titanium cooldown is ready for example. Please let us delete the old crappy cooldowns!
