17 - Timer not updating on LDB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Track a cooldown on the LDB panel
2. I chose CD for my titansteel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the timer to decrease over timer, instead it stays on 19h31m - hovering the button display the correct time in the tooltip though

What version of the product are you using?
Version: 1.11.0-release

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error triggered

    I believe that's a "simple" matter of it not autorefreshing. Is there a way to implement this?
