19 - Add 'sticky' support for notifications
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Support for sending notification via SCT addons like Parrot has been added, but it would be nice to be able to set the notifications as 'sticky' so that they act the same was Crits do. This is a fairly common option for addons giving notifications via SCT type addons.
Please provide any additional information below.
One other very minor thing not worth an extra ticket in itself. The school headers (Shadow, Nature, etc) aren't capitalised which looks a little odd.
