BootyCall

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Are your guildmates constantly whining and prodding you to find out what phat lewts just dropped from the boss?
Is your guild chat quiet during raids and noone gets excited about loot?

BootyCall will save the day!

BootyCall announces to the guild channel when someone in your group loots an epic or higher quality item.

Note that it ignores items like the legendaries at Kael'Thas, TBC epic gems, and so forth. If you want to ignore more items you can easily edit the item list at the top of the Lua source.

BootyCall will attempt to communicate with people in your group and try to find out if more than one person is running BootyCall. If so, only the person ranked first alphabetically will provide the announcements.

Currently there are no options provided and no slash commands, but I don't really see what you would want to toggle anyway. If you want to turn off the addon there are several other tools available for that purpose.

If you want to request a feature or report a bug, please visit the ticket tracker for BootyCall on wowace.com.
