8 - font outline on the bars

For those of us who have trouble with colors it would be nice to have an option to outline the font on the bars to make it readable.

    LibCandyBar-3.0 has fontoutline by default. Fixed.

    Currently this is not possible with the CandyBar-2.0 library, I believe. But it's something I'll keep in mind for a future update.
