274 - 'Only on me' bit flag
Just filing a ticket for latest discussion (derived from ticket 194): Some abilities only need a warning for when they are on the player. This can be addressed by UnitIsUnit ofc, but some players/raid leaders/control freaks want to know when other people get them too. The solution could be a new bit flag option like flash and shake or say etc. It should not be toggleable for everything, instead we should add the bit flag where appropriate.
