250 - Option for bar fill direction

Description
It would be nice if there was an option to reverse the fill direction of the bars.
Personally I prefer when a bar increases in visiblity when the time runs out as that is when my attention and timed action is required.
The background blinking feature for emphasized bars certainly helps with visibility but I would prefer the option for a filled fully opaque bar instead. I tried to emulate a filled bar by playing around with the background color but as this color is shared by the normal and emphasized bars and mixes with the foreground, the results were not very desirable.
IIRC such an option existed during early or mid Ulduar progression. Maybe it got lost during the transition to Ace3 or I simply remember wrong.
