146 - Dissociate Flash & Shake setting into two different settings.

is it possible to dissociate Flash & Shake into two different settings ?, one to activate Flash and another to activate Shake (like the old version).

the logic under that request is that flash is a very nice notification to have, but shake is really disturbing as the movement of the screen is somewhat huge (IMHO), so having the option to have only flash notification could be handy for somes.

I would find this really helpful The flash is mega useful, but the shake is just distracting.

Nameplates aren't always useful and I prefer to have them off whenever the fight doesn't really need them.

erf, i forgot to add that i know it's possible to use nameplates display to block Shake , but nameplates clutter the screen, so ...
