145 - Improve Anub'arak pursue detection
BigWigs currently watches for SPELL_AURA_APPLIED for pursue warnings, but in reality there are actually 2 combat log events here, the first is Anub's instant cast on the targeted player, the second the actual aura gain:

In this case, the delay between both events is nearly 500ms, but i've also seen cases of 50-100ms.
It would be better to watch for SPELL_CAST_SUCCESS here, to get the warning up sooner, imho.

We were doing anub last night and we don't know wtf happened, he cast persue on our shamen healer, he started running not even a half a second later for no reason at all, cast it on a mage and went after him instead. I'm gonna try to recover that log and see what cause was, it wasn't a DI or anything, and last i heard shamens can't ice block feign death or bubble themself. hand of protection wouldn't cause him to lose interest either.

I figured it out. Pursuit is still threat table based, it's just a fixate like FC or brundirs tendrils. Looking at my own log, he actually cast it on vishiki first, but the instant mirror image faded off one of mages, he went after him instead. This was bad luck because he didn't mirror image after he was chosen and screw over his raid. it was active before anub even cast, he was intended target all along, but no way of knowing that til mirror image faded. So tip for raiders, don't let mages use mirror image during bug phase. :)
