14 - Sartharion - flame wave timers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Engaging Sartharion with 3 drakes
2. only first timer for flame tsunamis show
3. no repeat flame wave timers will show.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the timer get reset when flame wave occurs.

What version of the product are you using?
4893, though it's been this way for awhile now, even since the last tagged release.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Tested 4902 for enUS 3 drakes in 10man and 25man. Worked perfectly. Thanks.

Should be fixed/reverted in 4900 for enUS, deDE and frFR...
Can't read or write the other languages. :P

Please report if this actually makes it work again. ;)

4897 still broken. The first tsunami is shown, but not repeats.
Tested with 4866 working fine.
edit: Think I found it.
If the actual msg is "The lava surrounding %s churns!", then doing a string.find("The lava surrounding %s churns!", "The lava surrounding %s churns!") should return false, as will string.find("The lava surrounding %s churns!", "The lava surrounding Sartharion churns!")
