9 - Changing Guild ranks

I went through the tickets and didn't see this.  

1. Created/change guild ranks (currently if you want to change lets say, rank 2, you need to delete every rank from 8 to 3 to get to it.) I have not done it in a while because it's such a pain.  So if i am not explaining it properly let me know.

2. move a rank ie) all raiders up or down a rank all together and not 1 by 1.

If i missed this in either your explaination or the tickets I apologize.

    Declined as this project is now moving to inactive status. Will re-activate if it seems relevant still after Cataclysm.

    It is the intent of this addon (when finished) to be able to do "bulk moves" of players from one rank to another, facilitating what you're talking about. The method would be something like:

    • Filter the Guild View to show only toons of a single rank
    • Select All in View
    • Bulk Action against everyone selected to change their rank down 1 (so you can insert a rank in between)

    No, I don't believe its explicitly described anywhere yet, but it was my intention. I'm going to leave this ticket open so it doesn't get forgotten.
