10 - questlog level is bugged

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open quest log
2. collapse quest header (cooking for example)
3. reopen it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
bam, no more quest level, clicking the quest will reenable the level display

I've made changes that I think would have fixed this. Reopen if you still see it.

redid it now with r0.7, same thing. some sort of conflict ?

I can't reproduce this - can you make sure you have the latest version and try again?
