7 - LDB's Text Fields

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

There is much debate about the various text fields that LDB has in use. I would purpose a more consistent method.

Basically a request to have  (.text) and (.label / .value / .suffix) be mutually exclusive. Either show the .text or a user selected combo of .label / .value / .suffix

    Hello,

    I've drycoded it in r127, please check :)

    How it works:

    • label can be toggled on/off (as before)
    • text can be toggled (as before, but now it only applies to dataobj.text, previously .value + .suffix was used if Show Text was set but the DO didn't provide .text)
    • value can be toggled, but if Show Text is set and the DO provides .text, it is used instead of .value/.suffix .suffix can be toggled, but it only applies if .value is used
