Bazooka

15 - LDB plugin label/text not updating

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load WoW

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see data from plugins, but is only showing first text set

What version of the product are you using?
1.8.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
The label/text updates if you set the options for the plugin to not show, and then show the text again, but it still doesn't update. Could this be a problem with libDataBroker instead?

I started playing a bit again, and checked this issue but couldn't reproduce it. Closing it for now.

    cheers, mitch

    Hello,

Try removing the standalone LibJostle, Bazooka and Bazooka_Options, and resintall the latest Bazooka (with the embedded libs).

If the problem still doesn't go away, try disabling all plugins except a simple one (like some time or zone display one) and see if it works.

If it works, then most probably one of your other plugins manages to break Bazooka somehow. If you have some time, try to find which one breaks it ;)

Also, check BugSack if you got other errors (besides the one you already posted).

You can also try removing LibJostle completely (the standalone one and the one under Bazooka/libs). This way Bazooka will run without jostle (so it won't push frames around), so it's probably not a permanent solution, unless you replaced all standard gui elements that jostle pushes around with custom ones already)

    cheers, mitch

    Hey

I reinstalled LibJostle (standalone) and it didn't make any difference

    Hi,

At first glance it seems that your LibJostle is damaged. Try reinstalling it (if you have that as a standalone addon), or try resintall Bazooka (if you use the embedded version).

I'll look into it a bit more, maybe LibJostle needed another update recently that I wasn't avare of.

    cheers, mitch
