789 - Click-through bars

I would like the ability to set individual bars as click through (mouse activity pass right through as if the bar wasn't there).

Most of my action bars serve only as an information display and not as a command input.  I'd really like the ability to make that information display transparent to the mouse, so that I can position it anywhere, reinforce the use of keybinds versus clicking, and not worry about interfering with mouse movement or anything else I might be using the mouse for.
