702 - Allow all bars to be adjusted vertically
When using a data broker display addon like Bazooka, each bartender bar has to be shifted up manually to make room for the Bazooka bar.
Would like to see an an option on the main bartender "bars" menu to adjust all bars verticall by a numeric value. This value should not change the vertical alignment number on each bar's config screen; however, it should be added to the vertical alignment number on each bar when the bar is shown on the screen. If the new value on the "bars" menu is called "adjust", the vertical position on a bar is called "barvertical" and if the vertical position on the screen is "Y", then "Y" would be equal to "barvertical" + "adjust". This would make it very easy for a player to put in individual adjustments for each bar and then to shift all those adjusted bars up or to put them back by change the "adjust" value back to 0.
