619 - Ability to adjust all bars when

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
When using bazooka, fubar, titanbar, etc, it would be nice to be able to shift all bartender bars up by a fixed amount so the bars don't overlap.

Please provide any additional information below.
Either detect one of the info bars as being loaded and shift bartender up or add a command line or other method to shift all bars up or down by a certain amount.
