52 - Add the possibility to show hidden bars, when you touch a edge of the screen
Hi,
I miss the following feature:
I would like to be able to have a hidden bar which touches some edge of the screen. (so far possible) But instead of showing on mouse over whenever I touch the area of the bar I would like to have it only shown when I touch the edge of the screen.
To clear my idea up: One example would be the windows taskbar with auto hide (here you can touch the whole bottom edge of the screen). Another is an ingame example: The bar from the enchantrix suite (I guess): If you touch the small 1" part of the right edge the bar shows. (That is exactly what I'm after for my bars.)
Thanks a lot.

drizzlinrain Thu, 27 Aug 2009 20:22:08Hi, I was going to make this exact suggestion but it has already been posted. It is a feature i would love to see, either in the core or as an module. I am currently using the fade out/in feature for a few of my bars but i would prefer to have the option to dock a bar to an edge of the screen and have the bar scroll out to be accessed when the mouse moves to the edge of screen. As there has been no update since January i thought id bump this up. Many thanks.

Nevcairiel Sun, 04 Jan 2009 15:20:42That sounds like a idea for a module of sorts, i probably won't include it in the core just now. But i'll keep the ticket open for future reference
