333 - Better defaults
After hearing my code on the Blizzard art would be included (hurray!), together with the defaults (more hurray!), I decided some more work on the defaults was still in order. The included patch provides slightly better texts and two new presets: one that is two bars wide and one that stacks three bars in the center of the screen. The new presets are pretty much like the screenshots from the original ticket.
