214 - BF skinning of micromeu and totembar.

Just enable micromeu and totembar and try to change skin to have them look the same as the other bars.

Micromeu is present in BF but changeing options has no effect on the bar, it remains at the default blizz look (and that dun fit well when the rest have a sharp black border). The totem bar isn't even present in BF at all (guessin the popup totem selection might cause some problems there).

Is there any way to get these 2 bars skinned?
