12 - Use default Interface Addon GUI
I'd love it if Baggins (and all my addons) were configurable via one frame.
As such, it would be great to see Baggins use the default Interface Addons configuration panel, rather than it's own custom frames for configuration (especially when it comes to setting up my UI on new toons).
