8 - Text placement/offset options

Please add some way to move the text off the center of the icon. At sizes that are readable for me, the text covers up too much of the icon and makes it difficult to see. Configurable X and Y offsets would be ideal, but a simple above/inside/below selection would work too.

    If I ever resume active development, this feature is on my list; if someone would like to implement this in the mean time, feel free to post a patch.
