  • Dressing Room: Control-click items to show them in the Dressing Room.
  • Price Preview: See the prices for token items like PvP rewards.
  • Filter: Filter loot tables based on your class or set up your filter manually.
  • Instance Loot: All instance loot from every Dungeon (Normal and Heroic) and Raid.
  • Faction and PvP rewards.
  • Collection Items: Armor Sets (Dungeon, Tier and Crafted), Mounts, Companians, Tabards, Legendary items and more.

  • Wishlist: Alt-click on any item to add it to the wishlist, alt-clicking on an item in the wishlist deletes it. There are buttons added to the Atlas panel and the loot browser to open the wishlist.
  • Partial Searching: Allows searching the whole AtlasLoot database for an item where you only know part of the name.
  • Quicklooks: Bind up to ten loot tables to 'Quicklook' buttons, allowing you to jump to them with only one click.

Slash Commands

  • '/al' or '/atlasloot' by itself brings up the loot browser.
  • '/atlasloot options' brings up the options menu.
  • '/atlasloot reset' resets the last viewed loot table (fixes disconnects when opening AtlasLoot) and moves all draggable frames back to the middle of the screen.
  • '/atlasloot wishlist' opens the Wishlist frame.

History

AtlasLoot was originally created by Pernicius as a plugin for Atlas and contained a handful of raid loot tables to browse. Unfortunately, Pernicius was unable to maintain the mod, so Daviesh took over and renamed it to AtlasLoot Enhanced to provide a distinction between the two versions. Since that time, AtlasLoot has grown to cover every loot table for every boss, every item set, PvP Items and items for every reputation faction. In January 2010 Hegarol took over the project from Daviesh.

    This is the response given by Recount's author:

    Recount has not changed, AtlasLoot has. I have no indication at all that this is a Recount-induced issue, but if there is any evidence at all that this is Recount's fault and not AtlasLoot's, I'll be happy to look into it. For now I will argue that it clearly has to be a change made by AtlasLoot causing the issue, so please address AtlasLoot's author.

    There is now a 4.2 release version of Recount and it's still not compatible with AtlasLoot. If you have both enabled, AL does not work correctly and the game will crash if you try to log out. You can use one or the other, but not both.

    @Hegarol: Go

    Further testing, with my warlock: after disabling TomTom and Archy, no further mod is specifically named in the error code that bugsack catches, instead the AceDB-3.0 itself. Btw, getting the error and then trying to logout or /reload ui results in crashing to desktop with the wow client closed. The file AtlasLoot.lua in folder SavedVariables gets corrupted after the error, meaning the file grows too big and there are too many syntax levels (that's what bugsack says). Unfortunately I have 0/525 LUA editing, so I really don't know what exactly is causing this and who is "responsible" for a fix.

    @Pakka Ok we will further investigate this. Thx for your report. Recount does not have a 4.2 release version, only alpha versions. I don't count them.

    I caught some error logs. The appear when trying to open atlas or atlasloot. With my warlock it first showed TomTom as the cause. After disabling TomTom, the same error appeared showing Archy as the cause. Disabling Archy maybe would result in the same error showing another mod using AceDB-3.0, maybe recount... I guess it has something to do with the AceDB-3.0 lib (okay, TomTom and Archy both have NOT been updated to 4.2, but both use latest AceDB-3.0 lib, and Recount, btw has already been updated twice for 4.2).

    Example: 1x Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:94: stack overflow Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:94: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0-21.lua:123: in function <Archy\Libs\AceDB-3.0\AceDB-3.0.lua:91> Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceAddon-3.0\AceAddon-3.0-10.lua:514: in function "InitializeAddon" Archy-1.8.3\Libs\AceAddon-3.0\AceAddon-3.0-10.lua:628: in function <Archy\Libs\AceAddon-3.0\AceAddon-3.0.lua:621> <in C code> AtlasLoot_Loader\AtlasLoot_Loader-v6.04.01.lua:94: in function "LoadModule" AtlasLoot_Loader-v6.04.01\MiniMap-LDB.lua:21: in function "OnClick" Archy-1.8.3\Libs\LibDBIcon-1.0\LibDBIcon-1.0-19.lua:122: in function <Archy\Libs\LibDBIcon-1.0\LibDBIcon-1.0.lua:122>

    There is no way to hotfix this on our side. Recount is bugged and there is nothing I can do about that.

    @Valanaz: Go

    Confirmed. Atlas and Atlasloot only work with my lvl2 bank char, using no recount. Both main chars, using recount, are unable to open atlasloot (screen freeze for about 5 sec., then Bugsack displays a stack overflow), and atlas opens with an error message and without atlasloot bar.

    Need hotfix, asap!

    Nevertheless, big thanks to the authors for maintaining this mod.

    • update* I get the feeling it has nothing to do with certain other mods, rather than with the AceDB-3.0 some of these mods use. 'cause it happens with TomTom too, showing AceDB-3.0 as the bad guy. Maybe later I'll post some error logs from bugsack.

    Every time I try to open Atlas Loot my game crashes. After turning all my other addons off then back on 1 at a time, I discovered Recount is clashing. Not sure if it is Atlas Loot or Recount that is bugged.

    hey,

    the http://www.wowhead.com/item=60229 (War-Torn Crushers) are missing from the Sinestra Loot-Table.

    Bye, RedAes.

    Thanks for the reply. The strange thing is that the window position was always saved correctly prior to version 6.03.00 and I didn't use a new addon I didn't use before. Well maybe I'll figure it out, someday. :-)
