Empty Slots from Skill-Bags (f.e. Mining, Leatherworking etc.) are not working on german 3.0.2, they're configured at System>Standard. Pls fix. r80579.5 works fine before patch.

    it means the localisation file is wrong for those categories, check the file and check the debug information for one of those slots, do they match?
