* Added support for Load-On-Demand via AddonLoader.
  Now only loads for hunters and warriors. Let me know if there are any other

* Added auto-discovery of the localized strings for "Weapon", "Guns", "Bows" and "Crossbows" to make the auto-reloading work across locales.
This may delay the enabling of the auto-reloading slightly when Ammo-matique is first used, but should not present any real inconvenience.

* Initial LDB support, for Titan Panel etc. Only tested with Titan, but any LDB
display addon should work.

  - Left-click to toggle equipped ammo type (premium/lowgrade).
  - Right-click to bring up the config dialog.
  - Hover to see available ammo in a tooltip.
