What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create or join a raid with assist
2. Opem the Blizzard raid window
3. Right-click a raid member and promote to main tank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the raid member promoted to main tank.  Instead, I get the below error.  It always happens once, then the raid management features in the Blizzard raid window seem to work again.
