What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Is there a specific reason why you play the sound file ReadyCheck.wav instead of the default ready check sound? As far as I know this sound isn't used by the default interface. I suggest that you instead call PlaySound("ReadyCheck", "Master") which plays the default ready check sound.
If you accept that suggestion you could also change the PvP sound. The default one is PlaySound("PVPTHROUGHQUEUE", "Master")
Please provide any additional information below.
I've found those calls in the FrameXML files LFGFrame.lua and PVPFrame.lua
