   Add comment for me to remember a web-page
   Change sound for pvp queue to the apporiate sound.
   Add background sounds for pvp queues.
   Fix ready check stuff.
   Add some events to see which fires when a bg queue pops.
   Add some alpha debugging for cvar changes, need to see what EnableAllSound vs EnableSFX does.
   Update version number.
   Fix koKR.
   Convert remaining locales over to localization app.
   Convert to use the localization app for zhTW and zhCN.
   Convert to use the localization app for frFR.
   Convert to use the localization app for deDE.
   Get rid of the enGB stuff.
   Convert enUS to use the localization app.
   Move some comments around, fix some minor replacement issues.
