91 - Player pet frame fails to refresh

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a pet summoned
2. summon another pet without dismissing currently summoned pet first
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Players pet portrait should refresh to display stats/portrait of newly summoned pet but it shows a mix of previous and current summoned pet instead. (see below for more detailed description).

What version of the product are you using?
r709 18 aug 2009

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error report received.

Please provide any additional information below.

When i have a pet summoned, say my imp. Then summon another pet, say my voidwalker. The health & mana changes but the portrait, name and class doesnt. So even though i summoned my voidwalker it still says Aztip (which is my imp's name), still shows his portrait and says 'Imp' as his class.. which he clearly isnt an imp :p

Also going through a portal, the frame fails to refresh and often shows my pet as offline and i have to dismiss it then re-summon or mount up & dismount to get it to show correctly.

P.S. I've only tested this on a warlock pets, i dont know if it effects hunter pets etc too.

Just a extra note to add, i noticed today that this also happens when i have a pet summoned and enter a vehicle.

Also, it does sometimes correct itself when entering combat.
