61 - Highlight debuff

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When someone get a dispellable debuff (i'm a paly)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I'm expecting that the target of a debuff that i can cure will be highlighted, but nothing happens

What version of the product are you using?
- r702

Do you have an error log of what happened?
- dont think so
