Customizable unit frame addon.
- How to configure the unit frames in 3.0
Press "esc" to open the options menu.
Press the "Interface" button.
In the interface options window, press the "AddOns" tab.
Select "AG Units" from the tree of available addons.
Press the "Open AG Units Options" button. This will open the AG Unit Frames options window.
(Alternatively, you can write "/aguf" in the chat.)
- Latest update
Hi guys,
I know there's still some things missing, like layouts for example.
I would have loved to keep the old version of AG Unit Frames up until I thought the new version was 100% ready, but 3.0 came out, so I had to put the new version up. The old version not compatible with 3.0.
That said, I feel that the new AG Unit Frames is much lighter than the old one, while being easier to configure, contains more modern features and so on. As soon as the glitches in the wake of 3.0 is smoothed out, I'm sure many of you are going to be pretty happy with it.
Regarding the missing layouts, the layout system was completely changed, which makes the old layouts incompatible. It is much better and dynamic now and allows for a lot more customization, It is unfortunate that I haven't had time to rewrite some of the old layouts like "classic". I really plan to.
I hope this answers some of your questions!
- Issues
There is a problem where party members won't be created correctly if they join while you're in combat. This is a bug in the Blizzard interface code and won't be fixed until they release a new patch. This affects all unit frame addons.

CosmicCleric Fri, 12 Dec 2008 22:10:19Bug with partypet frame name. Should be "aUFpartypetUnitButton#" but its "aUFaUFpartyUnitButton#pet". The differences are 'aUF...' vs. 'aUFaUF...', and '...partypet...' vs. '...party...'.
I've confirmed this with versions r675 and r681.
If any devs out there could comment either way about this please?
EDIT: I created a ticket about this, "33 - The partypet frame names have been changed". Here's the link...

rate01 Fri, 28 Nov 2008 23:56:32Love the Addon. I use it in conjunction with Clique for Druid healing.
Just have one thing I would like to see. Currently it has buff/aura filtering. But is there a way to make it so it only shows buffs that I have cast, instead of filtering to ones which I can cast?
This would be VERY helpful in monitoring which hots I have up on my targets. Currently, if there is another druid in the raid I can't tell who cast it except by memory, and with large raids that doesn't work so well.

xavier2k3 Tue, 25 Nov 2008 15:43:47Is there any support currently for showing combo points on the target when using Drakes for the quest "Aces High" or 10/25 Man Malygos?
Obviously being a rogue, they don't get shown by default.

Asteria1983 Mon, 24 Nov 2008 04:59:39Hi, I have one question regarding the debuff/buff status, is it possible configure so ur own debuffs on target are more easily recognized? i.e. doing Malygos and there's like 10/25 identical stacking debuffs on the target, and its hard to tell ur own from others.

yinzhennan Tue, 18 Nov 2008 09:07:15I con't find 3D portraits setting.Can you?

BlackPandemic Tue, 18 Nov 2008 01:43:59Only problem I'm having is that the party frames incorrectly show the class color about 80% of the time. DK's show up as blue, mages as purple, etc. Reloading the UI works, but that's the only way they remedy themselves.
AG does have portrait support and Visual Heal.

valkyrienova Sun, 16 Nov 2008 23:38:10I already asked this on curse but are there no more 3D portraits? Or any portraits for that matter? I'm just getting the bars. Is there a fix for this or do just wait until the next patch? Sorry if I am just missing something really obvious.

Joshaze Sun, 09 Nov 2008 06:58:45Any chance you might add some type of Visual heal support?
