Audio Emotes

This is the "root" add-on for the various soundbites plugin packages available.

This allows adding fun sound-bite audio files into WoW, for anyone that also shares the add-on.

This addon works by monitoring of the public "/say" channel, so any addons that modify text in this channel, such as Eloquence, can cause compatibility problems with AEmotes.

You either need to turn off these other addons, or modify their settings so they don't edit text in the public "/say" channel.

By default there is no User Interface for this addon, it works via slash commands.  If you want a User Interface, you can install the FuBar addon:
